TICKETS

Tickets purchased are for your own personal use only and may not be transferred or re-sold to any other person or body under any circumstances or used as part of any promotion or competition or for commercial gain. Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect and refuse admission to the concert using that ticket.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.

To enter the venue on the day of the event, each original purchaser and any person accompanying him/her to the show must be present at the venue on the night of the show. There are no exceptions to this.

Upon arrival at the venue each original purchaser must present the ticket confirmation email for the purchase in order to gain entry to the venue. Failure to present the valid card and receipt may cause you to be refused entry to the event.

There will be no exceptions to the above, no name changes or letters of authorisation will be accepted under any circumstances.

The original conditions of sale will be enforced. Tickets are non-transferable under any circumstances and any resale or transfer, or attempted resale or transfer, will invalidate any ticket purchase made.

GROUPS

Groups are welcome to Guilty Pleasures but we request that the following rules are adhered to so that everyone in the venue can have a good night out. Any refusal to co-operate with the conditions requested will result in a refusal of admission to the event. 

We encourage fancy dress but with hen parties we don’t accept L-plates, deely boppers or any phallic novelty items as part of the costume. Where possible we like to see groups have dressed to the theme of the event where applicable.

No all male groups larger than four people

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Guilty Pleasures holds a no-refunds, no-exchange ticketing policy. In the event of an advertised performer cancels due to illness or circumstances beyond our control, Guilty Pleasures will endeavour to provide suitable replacement entertainment / performers where possible, but hold no guarantee.

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the venue (ie a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control), Guilty Pleasures will use best endeavours to contact purchasers by the method they booked as soon as we can via the method they booked (email / phone) advising them of the situation. Please note, however, it is the customer's responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

The management reserve the right to refuse admission
