This Easter a stellar array of DJs and live acts from around the globe will be assembling under one giant mirrorball in London for DANCE KOKO DANCE.

Dance KOKO Dance is a special night created by Skint Mondays (Reading), Appetite (Catch & Cargo) & Human Error (93 Feet East), featuring producers of some of the best nu-disco, French touch, Italo disco, electro and house from around Europe and as far afield as Australia.

ALEX METRIC is one of the best and most versatile DJs, remixer & producer around.  In the last year alone he produced disco flecked remixes of Gorillaz and NERD in addition to main room bangers like ‘Open Your Eyes’ with Steve Angello.

French house pioneer ALAN BRAXE, along with Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk, created Stardust ‘Music Sounds Better With You’ in 1998 and never looked back.  His work with Fred Falke (including the classic ‘Running - Intro’) have inspired many of today’s producers and we are thrilled to have him playing a rare London date for us.

RETRO/GRADE are DJs Serje Santiago and Tom Neville and their ‘modern day Italo Disco’ productions have been supported by DJs as diverse as Erol Alkan & Pete Tong.  They recently supported Groove Armada and Goldfrapp and  their live show is a feast of lights and visuals (as seen on the video for latest single ‘Reset’)  which is set to illumate KOKO.

Belgian nu-disco duo VILLA have followed in the footsteps of their countryman Aeroplane to become highly sought after remixers and DJs.  Their remixes of Human League, The C90s and, in particular, of Adele’s ‘Rolling In The Deep’ has won them many fans as have their DJ sets, particularly at last year’s Bestival.

GRUM s a Scottish electro producer from Leeds who released his debut album ‘Heartbeats’ last year and has remixed everyone from Lady Gaga to Everything Everything.

Australian duo FLIGHT FACILITIES rose to fame in their homeland with single ‘Crave You’ (featured on Kitsuné Maison 10) being voted to number 12 on the Triple J Hottest 100 for 2010.  Their remix for Cut Copy added to this success globally, reaching number one on Hype Machine chart.

Italian disco producer CÉCILE will be playing his first ever UK live show at Dance KOKO Dance.  Having receiving acclaim for his remixes of Vampire Weekend and Amari plus his own productions (including the brilliant ‘Rimmel’ with Venice), don’t miss his debut UK gig.

The French touch and disco influences carry on throughout the line-up with BURNS joinsing us from Brighton following his recent collaborated with Fred Falke, ‘YSLM’.  Radio 1 championed VANGUARD from Wales run their own label entited ‘Stardust’ and GO GO BIZKITT from Scotland…well just listen to him!

Time Out previewed Dance KOKO Dance recently, and this is what they had to say:

"A killer line up at this new KOKO club night sees French house master Alan Braxe lining up with new kings of disco, Villa, who may have already dropped the remix of the year - their swirling, beautiful take on Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep'. Grum and Burns are sure to bring the heat, as will Alex Metric's rinsed-out electro in the headline slot. As a nice counterpoint, make sure and check out the indie-Italo duo Flight Facilities, whose 'Crave You' was a standout tune of 2010."

Tickets for this event are available from the venue box office, and can be purchased at face value if payment is made in cash.
