Club NME, helping you bright young things stay modern in London every Friday night. Expect live bands and resident DJs in the main room, plus pop-up shows and parties upstairs in the Gallery. Take a look here...
Please note, this show is 18+.
Kate Boy are an Oz-Swede affair, the duality represented by members from each location. Singer Kate Akhurst is from Australia while her three male bandmates (her Boy-friends, if you will) are from Up North, way up where it was long ago established they had perfected the art of pop.
Their sound? Think Kylie fronting the Knife: effortlessly infectious chart pop, with the hauteur of 80s European art pop.
Plus Club NME resident DJ Ed the Saint will be playing a mixture of Electro, remixes and guitar-y tunes. Likely candidates include Foals, RAC, Clean Bandit, Peace, F.O.O.L., Disclosure, Northeast Party House and Black Keys...
Students - come to Club NME for £4 all night, every Friday* with a valid student card.
*excluding Halloween, Xmas and NYE balls.
The night finishes at 4am. Tickets for this show are available from the box office at the venue at face value if you pay in cash. Please note promoters may increase ticket price if purchased on the night. Please note, you may be required to have your ID scanned at the front door. For more information, please click here.
