Do you like rock music? Of course you do, and so do we. That’s why we are proud to present to you the Club NME New Years Eve Ball with the truly magnificent British Sea Power.
British Sea Power’s live shows are the stuff of musical legend. Geoff Travis, founder of Rough Trade, saw the band in 2001 and signed them on the spot. Early shows had critics hailing them as the best band in Britain. They’ve performed on the coast of the Scilly Isles, a seaside café in Sussex and on a ferry across the River Mersey. Let’s face it, if you’re a band who can draw a crowd underground in a Cornish mine, your live shows are probably pretty amazing.
Bring in the New Year with what might just be the best show of 2010, or 2011…
