Coming out of the city that can’t stop producing visceral, addictive dance music, The Other Tribe were formed in Bristol a couple of years ago. Their live set is a relentless, continuous trip interlaced with hooks that lodge themselves into your head. They’re the band you watch when you need a shot of adrenalin in your life. They’re the band you lose yourself to in a sweaty warehouse party and the band you can’t stop dancing to in a sun-drenched field. Radio play followed from BBC Bristol Introducing, Eddie Temple Morris and Rob Da Bank.
The band’s first single ‘Skirts’, is to be released this summer on Black Butter Records. ‘Skirts’ is a riotous celebration of all things sunny and fashionable. The run up to the release will see some great remixes and a new video unleashed into the world. Watch out for them.
