Haling from St. Louis, Missouri, Pokey LaFarge brings his unique brand of American roots music to KOKO along with his trusted associates The South City Three.

With a repertoire that boasts a cohesive mix of Americana, early jazz, ragtime, country blues, Western swing, Vaudeville, and Appalachian folk, LaFarge has garnered him self a serious reputation over the past few years. Jack White had a hand in the production of last year's seven-inch "Pack It Up" while more recently the quartet featured on Mr White's first solo record, Blunderbuss.

Pokey LaFarge and The South City Three promise us "the kind of music you can clap to, bring your kids, drink whiskey, smile, stomp your feet, close your eyes and feel lost in time".
