Soundcrash celebrates a truly iconic independent UK label for a monster clubnight showcasing the biggest names on the celebrated Brighton imprint from the past, present and future. This is Tru Thoughts Records’ biggest label night to date with a huge cast list of acts, including established label acts alongside brand new and exciting signings. 2011 has been a big year for the label and this night shows off the roster to great effect.

Label boss and A&R ROBERT LUIS hosts this night, and has mixed a CD to GIVEAWAY TO EVERYONE ON THE NIGHT with new, exclusive and unreleased tracks alongside label favourites, to launch the new roster for the label.

The backbone of the label for many years is here with QUANTIC coming across from Colombia, NOSTALGIA 77 bringing his full Live band, BELLERUCHE performing tunes from their hugely successful three albums for the label, one of the UK’s unsung producers HINT on the decks,  and all the way from Melbourne, Australia LANCE FERGUSON (The Bamboos’ main man/Lanu) is a very special guest travelling especially for this night.

Add to this the new signings and it gets even better. LONDON POSSE legend and host for the evening RODNEY P is joined by UK soul Godfather OMAR (and FOX from the Omar and Zed Bias’ Dancing tune), brilliant young producer BETA HECTOR, new Japanese signing and live genius ANCHORSONG and of course the man who has brought the label collaborations and remixes from the likes of SKREAM, TODDLA T, MR SCRUFF, ATJAZZ, TAIWAH, SIMBAD, CHIMPO and MJ COLE, ZED BIAS (and his other Tru Thoughts alter-ego MADDSLINKY).

Tickets for this event are available from the venue box office, and can be purchased at face value if payment is made in cash.
